Target Stops Selling Pokemon Cards, Thanks Middle-Aged Men

Target has announced they will no longer sell Pokemon cards after a brawl broke out at a store in Wisconsin. How bad was the fight that broke out? Guns were pulled. “The safety of our guests and our team is our top priority,” said a Target spokesperson making the announcement.

The value of Pokemon cards has skyrocketed, with some cards reaching values that some baseball cards can’t hit. (No word what Pokemon cards sound like when they’re placed in your bicycle spokes.) One card sold for $300,000. Take that,Dogecoin.

You will, however, still be able to get all your cards at Target’s website, so we guess you’ll just have to settle for threatening violence to people via text and instant messenger.
