Archaeologists Discover Ancient “Hang In There” Cat

It’s the kind of thing you only see in movies- archaeologists uncover an ancient civilization who are far more than advanced than anyone ever thought. Well, this time, it’s science fact.

Just south of Lima, Peru, archaeologists have uncovered a sand painting called a “Nazca Line.” This one features a cat. The kitten measures 120 ft long and loves cuddles and sleeping in the sun. The geolyph is believed to be from 100 to 200 BC, which makes it the oldest one uncovered in the region, and certainly the most adorable. Scientists are now digging in the area, trying to see if they can uncover a matching ball of yarn, or a bottle of milk.
