Oh no, wine is coming out of the faucet…

In a world filled with bad news, here’s something most people can get behind.

In the Italian town of Castelvetro a malfunction at the local winery caused 1,000 liters of wine to leak into the water supply. That meant that residents found Lambrusco coming out of their water faucets and shower heads.

In a part of the country hit hard by corona virus, this was seen by many residents as a silver lining. Many called the winery to let them know, but not to complain.

If you want to try the winery’s wares, here’s a link to order some vino for yourself.
